respective PCs to win all seats in the region.

a statement called for a collective efforts and responsibilities from the rank and file of the party especially
candidates who lost, to rally behind her to retain power after the 2020 general
elections. The honorable Minister for local government went into the primaries
with Sampa S. Mohammed who had 98 votes representing (15%), Musah Yamba
Issahaku 82 votes representing (12%) and Hon. Hajia Alima Mahama winning
overwhelmingly with 484 votes representing (73%)
